Description
1.   Installs, configures, and maintains Desktop computers, Microsoft and other related equipment, devices, and systems.  2. Investigates and resolves Software problems at company desktop computer systems. 3. Analyzes and resolves problems on desktop computer applications and systems for Company and staff across all Company departments.4. Ensure that desktop computer is virus free all the time. 5.Provides integrated hardware and network software support; troubleshoots and resolves involved system hardware, software, and networking communications failures and conflicts. 6. Responds to requests from computer users regarding hardware, software, or network connection problems or questions. 7. Prioritizes requests or problems according to established criteria and enters relevant data into a computerized user-request tracking system. 8.      Places service calls with workshop and coordinates service for the user. 9. Refers the more difficult problems or non-routine requests to other technical support staff or supervisors. 10. Advises users of the on-going status of their request, and places follow-up calls to ensure that satisfactory service was provided. 11. Reviews & update records to check hardware/software inventory, update service calls, and verify or modify user identification records. 12. Learns the functions and operation of new products, systems, or equipment by attending training or through tutorials or self-instruction. 13. Produces basic statistical or work-activity reports.
Qualifications
•B.Sc. of Computer science, Communication or equivalent • up to 3 year’s maximum experience in IT Helpdesk Position or IT Filed. • MCSA, MCSE Or MCITP is a must •Excellent command of English. •High level of communication with different levels. •Alexandria residents are preferred or availability to travel to Alexandria permanently as business needs.
