We are seeking to employ a Sales Supervisor for increasing the current business base and for new business development and technical support. The core responsibility is to develop a greater market share and expand the brand.
The following are key criteria that must be met in order to be considered for this role:
• Have a Bachelor's degree in Science, Agriculture or a technical science degree (i.e. chemistry).
• Have 4-8 years of proven and successful experience in new business development within a related sector (water purification, hygiene, chemical processing, etc) coupled with the ability to provide related technical support and efficient problem solving on site or in the labs within the Food and Beverage processing industry.
• Have an understanding of the relevant industries, and an understanding of the cleaning and sanitation process.
• Have experience with project management.
• Have extensive working experience in competitor analysis, marketing strategy, sales planning and relationship building at executive level.
• Have an ability to create and maintain relationships at a senior level within customer accounts, with proven experience in dealing with large national and multi-national customers.
• Have financial and negotiation capabilities, with management skills in leadership and motivation.
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills and a demonstrated track record in achieving and exceeding sales budgets.
• Be a confident, results-oriented individual with a competitive drive, the energy, enthusiasm and ability to foster a winning environment.
• Be fluent in both Arabic and English and have above average written, verbal and presentation skills, being an effective communicator at executive level.
• Be able to travel across the major cities Egypt and therefore have your own reliable transport and driver's license.
Your job will include;
• Partnering with the clients’ quality control, operations, technical and senior management to analyze needs, requirements, and strategic plans recommending solutions with our products with the goal of growing sales.
• Creating and maintaining relationships with customers through regular visits, ensuring that their needs are understood and are properly addressed.
• Providing commercial and technical support to the clients’ organizations; identifying and resolving customer complaints, escalating as required.
• Calling on executives within the local and international food and beverage processing plants and be well networked in this industry.
• Communicating results, return on investment, and overall value the company provides to the customer in weekly, monthly and annual reports.
• Managing internal resources necessary to support this business.
• Ensuring net sales growth through customer analysis, planning, time management and documentation.
• Monitoring and reporting markets in own sales district (customer needs, competitors, prices).
• Defining targets and elaborating yearly sales plan in agreement with superior.
• Coordinating sales and service activities with cross divisional peers and internal functions.
• Ensuring full compliance with the stated policies and procedures of the products.
