•JSTL is must
•Know 3+ Design patterns is must
•Knowledge of Unit Testing tools (JUnit, HttpUnit or ) is a must
•Knowledge of SOA is must.
•Knowledge of CSS is highly recommended.
•Knowledge of ANT, Maven, XSLT, Velocity Freemarker, AOP (Aspect Oriented Programming), Hibernate, Spring are a plus.
