MySQL, MS-SQL
Knowledge of Networking and VoIP technology
Provide software support requiring integrated configurations in the areas of Network and Telephony solutions
Presales technical support and presentation skills will be an advantage
Computer Science OR BA Engineering
Plus:
Microsoft C#.NET
Reporting Tools (Crystal Reports, .NET Reporting)
