Account Manager needed for IT company in Libya, basic knowledge of computers is required, responsibilities:
1-Take over the client after signing.
2-Communicating with the client for the confirmation or editions of the design either by emails or calls or meetings.
3-Support; handle client support for the developers and designers(take the client requests or complaints and negotiate them out to reach the easiest and most practical solution to their problem then pass it on to the developers or designers to save their time.)
4-follow up clients for content and images.
5-follow up clients to finish the projects.
