Total years of experience needed: 10 years expertise in software development.
And 3 years experience in managing software development teams
Responsibilities:
1. Plan, direct, and coordinate activities/processes associated with software production over all the production teams.
2. Coordination with the outsourcing customers and team leaders.
3. Enhancement of the software development process.
4. Capacity building and guiding new technology accusation. .
5. Setting the KPIs for subordinates.
6. Participates in the strategic decisions about technology, definition, and implementation of the software products.
7. Highly interested in the area of Software Quality Metrics and Models, CMMI, and new trends in Requirements Engineering and Software Testing.
