Job Vacancy: Telecommunication Engineering / Computer Engineering Service Engineer – Cairo, Egypt:
Qualifications Needed:
B.S of Telecommunication Engineering or Computer Engineering is a must.
2 to 4 years' experience working in telecommunications with technical working knowledge of voice, data, and transport technologies.
Previous experience in dealing with telecommunication and voice equipment of Siemens Product is preferable.
Very Good Communication Skills (Reporting, Presentation and Customer Relationship).
Very Good Knowledge of computer (MS Applications & Internet).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Very good time and stress management.
A high level of attention to Detail required.
Able to work independently and efficiently following Company guidelines and processes.
Duties:
Provide on-site Technical Product support or installation
Making site surveys to customers’ needs.
Provide field operations support to customers in accordance to with the terms of the customer contract and Service Agreements.
Carry out troubleshooting, repairs and servicing, and enable hardware and software at Customers’ premises to the highest standards.
Write accurate professional reports on technical issues and interfacing with all involved functions.
Report and escalate all observed incidents, irregularities that occur through proper operational escalation points.
Following the installation guidelines in order to deliver quality Field Operations.
Responsible in setting up new machines and conducting pre-delivery inspection prior to installation at Customers’ premises.
Conduct technical training to team members and Customers when required.
Remain flexible in filling other project roles as required.
Promote continuous improvement.

1- Range of Salary: 3-4 Net EGP K’s.
