Call Center Agents needed for Al Mokhtabar Medical Laboratories with the following qualifications:
-Science, Pharmacy & Veterinary medicine fresh graduates ONLY can apply.
-Very good English.
-Able to work on night shifts (from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm).
The work location: El Mohandseen
Job Duties:
-Answer incoming calls from customers to answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, and provide information.
-Identify and escalate priority issues
-Follow up customer calls where necessary
