Equipment & Process Engineer
General Hiring Requirements:
Age Bracket: 20 – 30 years
Education: Engineering in Electronics/instrumentation
Field of Specialty: Electronics Manufacturing, SMT & Placement systems
Years of Experience:0-2 years
Nature of Experience: :Exposure to Electronics Manufacturing, SMT & Placement systems.
Summary of Job Duties:
1. Establishing process flow, standards and engineering control plans for products based on customer requirements.
2. Implementing statistical process control, based on the manufacturing quality plan at key critical processes
3. Planning, implementing and executing all Engineering activities during NPI and Engineering build phases through CFT.
4. Designing, developing and establishing production tools for all products (the Jigs and fixtures)
5. Analyzing the root cause for the process defects and providing the proper corrective action plans for eliminating the repeated defects.
6. Interacting with customers, suppliers and vendors for selection of direct or indirect consumable materials for the product DFM
Languages Required: English & Arabic
Specific Skills Required:_1.Good communication and Attitude towards work ethics_2. Should be able to shoulder the responsibility
