Job Vacancy: Insurance Sales Manager is needed for one of the KHARAFI Companies in Egypt working in the field of insurance brokerage.
-Identify potential opportunities ensuring continuous growth of customer base or growth of business within the existing clients, while also maintaining credible relationships with all customers.
- Sett the annual sales plan for the company in line with the required target achievement
- Oversee the work of the sales department, coach and train sales professionals
Qualifications: minimum of 7 years in insurance sales field, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
