KSA Business Development Manager

Primary Objectives and Tasks

1. Develop and agree strategic sales development plans for new North African markets
2. Develop and manage sales functions
3. Track and meas
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

1. Review North African market opportunities and complete feasibility study into way forward and subsequent 3 year strategic three year plan
2. Focus on core brand sales and their activities
3. Maximise distributors coverage in line with BFSA objectives and market norms
4. Negotiate and maximize trade marketing support budgets and track results
5. Implement in market programmes from Marketing and track results
6. Evaluate and launch new products under direction of Marketing Dept.
7. Monitor pricing and suggest action to maximize sales
8. Complete and report on competitor activity
9. Complete supplier forecast sheets and monthly stock & sales reports
10. Formally review sales results and re-forecast sales each month
11. Continually review sales opportunities for recommendation to management
12. Good working relationship with distributors, trade and staff

As per company guidelines and contract

Resources Controlled
Annual Objectives and sales targets

Qualifications and Experience
1. Extensive sales management experience
2. Ability to develop and produce sales plans, sales systems, etc.
3. Working knowledge of the Middle East and the Middle East culture
4. Proven team player with the ability to get things done on time
5. Numerate and computer literate
