Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers.
• Assess training needs.
• Partner with internal stakeholders.
• Organize, develop or source instructors to meet specific training needs.
• Liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design.
• Develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks.
• Map out training plans for individuals.
• Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training, on-the-job coaching.
• Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness.
• Track and report on training outcomes.
• Provide feedback to program participants and management.
• Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology.
• Coordinate off-site training activities.
• Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
• Make training needs evaluation surveys and its analysis to identify the training needs and the required programs across the Boarders Security Sector.
• Supervise and monitor external training programs with other organizations and makes evaluations and reports.
• Make reports to the Training Director with the achievements, difficulties, training plan, schedules, and needed training tools.
• Coordinate and cooperate with internal and external training organizations (local and international), Divisions and other outsource Organizations for planning and implementing training programs.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Relevant computer skills.
• Excellent command of English language
• High communication and presentation skills
• Good planning and organizing skills
• Presentable and very well organized
