Administrative Assistance

Egypt Network is hiring Administrative Assistance

Description:

Provide personal administrative support to the all company's departments regarding logistics and regulatory issues
Supervise daily administrative activities
Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages
Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
Handle the governmental paper work related to the company
Qualifications:

1-2 Relevant experience
University Degree is a must
Location: Mansoura or nearby resident
Excellent communication skills
Excellent Spoken and written English
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol
Males only
