Solve all customers’ inquiries regarding ADSL Service, provide an end-to-end ownership to all inquiries till closure, post resolution call to ensure customer satisfaction and close case Provide customer with appropriate options/right suggestions.
• Very Good in English Language
• Graduate with a bachelor degree
Age: maximum 27 years all
Technical and troubleshooting background in networking
Preferred CCNA or MCSE Holder and troubleshooting
