Job description:
1- Identify the new business opportunities by searching, scanning, segmenting the market and eventually targeting the potential customers.
2- Lead the communication process with potential customer and schedule business meetings.
3- Make presentations to customers and manage the delivery process within the operation team.
4- Collect the proper database of the prospects and develop new business leads.
5- Prepare and present weekly market review and the target achievement progress.
6- Achieve the business targets and the KPIs including new customers.
7- Develop the customers’ awareness of Misr Italia Decoration as a top leading company operating in the wood industry through our marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Applied Arts.
• 1- 2 years prior work experience in Sales, Business Development or related positions in the decoration industry.
• Demonstrated results in meeting Sales quotas or Business Development goals.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the internet browsers.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Knowledge of the sales process with the ability to understand and interpret customer needs using fact-finding to identify sales opportunities.
• Knowledge of the construction and decoration industry.
• Good command of the English language.
Compensations:
1 - Basic salary:
Net fixed: 1000 L.E
Variable: 500 L.E subject to KPIs achievements.
Commission: 1 % on sales subject to the sales target achievements.
2 - Full coverage of a mobile line.
3 - Social insurance: After 6 months
4 - Probation period: 3 months
