Description
Understand the company products and services offering
Approach New clients for selling of the company Products (OHR, OTMS and Oracle JD Edwards ERP)
Handling Sales cycle from lead generation to Contract Award
Perform Account management of the awarded project and maintain a regular follow up
Ensuring customer satisfaction during and after project execution
Assess prospect needs and document potential sales opportunities and communicate requested needs to the presales team for Demo preparation.
Log calls and update Sales activities performed with clients accurately on sales force
Proposals Preparations , Contracts handling, Share in Tenders
Hand Over Awarded contracts for Project Management
Teams and facilitation of Kick-off of projects
Help in department general business development and marketing activities whenever needed
Perform basic presales activities.
Provide market and competitors intelligence
Qualification
Good Presentation skills
Good Communication skills
High Selling Skills and Sales Talent
Time management
Strong negotiation skills
Experience : 0-3 years' experience
Has experience in selling Software Business
Has experience as Sales Representative in HR or HR Consultant
Preferred to be graduated from Language School, should be
graduated from Faculty (no institutes)
