Finance Manager
RESPONSIBLE FOR: Financial Management and Information
ACCOUNTABLE TO: Group Deputy Director Finance & General Manager -Egypt.
1.0 JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for smooth functioning of the department and support other key area of the - Egypt factory to meet the objectives of the management. Provide the financial information to the management for review, analysis and decision making process.
2.0 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1 The Finance Manager reports directly to the General Manger -Egypt and Group Deputy Director Finance in HO.
2.2 The Finance Manager is responsible for carrying out the following duties for -Egypt:
2.2.1 Managing Financial Reporting, Cash Management, Receivable and Payables, HR & Payroll, Inventory and Fixed Assets.
2.2.2 Responsible for the financial reporting and budgeted planning process. Included the operational/capital budgets, cash, receivables and inventory control, financial/variance analysis and management reporting.
2.2.3 Development and implementation of financial policies / procedures / forms and internal control systems.
2.2.4 Conducting various Capital expenditures & costs studies.
2.2.5 Ensuring that the requirements of any ‘internal audits’ by the management are facilitated in a professional manner.
2.2.6 Co-ordination with Auditors to finalize the statutory accounts and Tax consultant for filing of Tax return.
2.2.7 Establishing a smooth relationship with all the Financial Institutions and working towards getting the additional fund required by -Egypt from these institutions.
2.2.8 To manage the Funds of the -Egypt Factory, In this regard a close supervision is exercised between the related areas of Purchases and Inventory, Receivable and payable to effectively utilize the resources of the Company.
2.2.9 Ensuring that proper controls are in place to safeguard the company’s assets.
2.2.10 Assisting in designing and updating the financial system to allow for the automatic production of the monthly management accounts, annual accounts, budgetary information, variance reports and other management information.
2.2.11 Training other finance staff with regard to finance and hospital, policies and procedures.
2.2.12 Responsible for the day to day maintenance of the financial system and updating to reflect any changes in policies and procedures.
2.2.13 Electronically distributing the approved monthly management accounts to the relevant recipients, together with any information they may require in relation to the accounts.
2.2.14 Reviewing monthly payroll before submitted to management.
2.2.15 Approving all entries review by Chief Accounts and processed by finance staff.
2.2.16 Carrying out any other duties as requested by the Management.
Requirements:
· The candidate should have manufacturing experience.
· Excellent English.
· The candidate must have at least 5-10 year experience as Finance Manager
