Merchandising Manager job vacancy for DICE Underwear brand as below criteria:
Responsibilities:
Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans in conjunction with production
Maintaining a comprehensive library of appropriate data and records
Working closely with VM team and department head to decide how goods should be displayed to maximize customer interest and sales
Producing layout plans for stores
Controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season
Using specialist computer software to handle sales statistics, produce sales projections and present spreadsheets and graphs to report it to Retail Operations Head
Analyzing every aspect of bestsellers (for example, the bestselling price points, colors or styles) and ensuring that bestsellers reach their full potential
Monitoring slow sellers and advice action to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary after Retail Operations Head approval
Gathering information on customers’ reactions to products;
Analyzing previous season's sales and reporting on the current season's lines
Making presentations to senior managers about the product movement and sell out analysis
Maintain a strong link with Warehouse Manager to guarantee orders delivery schedule fulfillment and assortment
Managing, training and supervising junior staff.

Requirements:
Degree Business related
IT/computer studies
Mathematics/statistics studies
Fashion Retail background
Excellent MS Office user
Strong analytical and numerical skills to work out budgets and understand sales figures
The ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and to quickly identify problems and recommend solutions
Sound decision-making skills and the ability to plan and priorities
Excellent communication skills
The ability to work well as part of a team and to build and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of people
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand what will appeal to customers
