Recruitment Coordinator

A leading company located in Giza Location Egypt is seeking for :
Recruitment Coordinator 

Job Description:

Assist in recruitment processes; such as Job Analysis, CVs search, CVs filtration, CVs, phone screening, short-listing, interviews & head hunting if necessary, following tactics i.e. priory approved by supervisor to allocate the right match.
Process incoming and outgoing calls of Recruitment Department in a professional and curtsey way.
Screen and classify CVs for easy retrieval as and when needed.
Proceed paper-work i.e. Recruitment Department-related.
Execute interviews schedule and recruitment events i.e. approved by Supervisor.
Carry out all kinds of approved tests (language, personality, IQ, professional and specialized tests, etc.).
Liaise with candidates for the completion of their files.
Confer with candidates regarding status of their applications following company standards.

Job Requirement:

Skills
Strong communication skills.
Computer literacy
Very good command of English language.
Education
University Graduate. Post graduate study in HR is a plus.

Years of Experience:
1-2 years of experience in HR.
