Requirements:
· Education: University degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
· Work experience: Overall Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position
· Skills (technical know-how, PC , Maintenance planning , Leader ship ):
· PC skills (MS office package), Auto Cad or similar would be an advantage
· Language: Fluent English speaking and writing
Job Scope:
Organizes plans and monitors execution of preventive, corrective maintenance and repair of all utility installations in order to secure continuous production, high productivity and excellent quality of utilities, in compliance with safety rules, keeping costs minimized. Utilities engineer is responsible for maintaining, operating, fixing and testing utility equipment. This includes equipment that delivers hot water, heat and air conditioning, as well as sewer, gas, electric and telephone services. Engineers may develop project plans that focus on designing different types of machinery such as pipes, pumps, cranes and other mobile equipment. Utilities engineers also maintain records, manage the project contract process and supervise the inspection of utility equipment.
The utility engineer scope of work includes all the utilities that support the factory operations like HVAC system, Compressors, vacuum pumps, water pumps, dust collections, water and sewage plant and reticulation, Lighting distribution...etc.
Package:
Basic Salary: 5K to 6K According to Qualifications.
