Qualifications Bachelor degree in Management, Engineering, or Science preferred. 3-5 years of localization management experience with proven records of completing successful projects. Experience managing multiple external partnerships across time zones. Experience in matrix management. Ability to identify creative solutions for complex issues. Ability to quickly adapt to business demands. Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Visio and similar project tools. Expertise and hands-on experience with project management fundamentals. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications. Ability to travel with short notice Fluent in English (Reading/Writing) PMP certification is a plus Track record of successfully managing complex projects involving outside resources. Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced environment, providing strong leadership skills and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications BSC of Management or related degree- - At least two years in experience in purchasing/Recruiting area Experience negotiating with external suppliers- Strong planning and organizational skills- Proven problem solving ability- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions to closure- -Strong written and verbal communication skills(English). - Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with a wide variety of internal stakeholders and external partners -Strong interpersonal and customer/supplier interface skills -Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
