Description -To be responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of technical projects that impact multiple departments, systems, or work-flows with moderate to high risk and complexity or multiple projects simultaneously. -Proactively coordinating projects and acting as central point of contact for the project team. -Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes cross departments activities involved in the project. •Participation in project planning team meetings. •Coordinate meetings including prepare and/or edit meeting minutes, presentations and tables. •Follow up the execution of scheduled plans including designing forms to collect execution data and defining processes for this collection. •Compile summary reports to present project status and be of help and support to project manager in decision of re-planning when required. •File and organize all project documents (hard and soft copies). •Responsible to track project changes and produces updated site based schedule as agreed with engineering and project management.

Qualifications 1.Engineering degree or equivalent combinations of project management training plus a minimum of 2 years experience working in IT & IS projects. 2.Experience in SW development projects management is a plus. 3.Hands-on experience in MS project tool is a must.
