Description 1. Maintains all records, files, and documentation for account transactions in accordance with company record keeping retention guidelines 2. Compile financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions. 3. Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures. 4. Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office. . 5. Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness. 6. Assist in the daily operations and in accounts payable and receivable processing. 7. Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients. 8. Resolve accounting discrepancies. 9. Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems. 10. Organizing own work, setting priorities and meeting deadlines.. . 11. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications 1.Bachelors degree in accounting. 2.Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications. 3.Knowledge of financial regulations. 4.Ability to work individually or within a team. 5.Ability to work under pressure.
