Description 1. Communicate with line managers to assess their department training needs. 2. Develop and design training plan on annual basis in coordination with HR Manager to define training requirements to be approved from management. 3. Contact several training providers to find their availability to implement training needed in an appropriate way 4. Act as liaison between foundation and Training providers to facilitate training proposed. 5. Check quality of training venue, material, facilities and Instructors resume ensuring it is aligned with the quality standards of foundation. 6. Monitor training implementation process to ensure proper process efficiency. 7. Evaluate training programs conducted to ensure training effectiveness and obtain increasing of ROI. 8. Evaluate the trainee’s performance after going through training programs to ensure that the training achieved its target. 9. Provide required training reports 10. Maintaining files and documentation for company employees training achievements in terms of training logs, feedback formats and training hours taken. 11. Seeks cost efficient training options Communicates with the training agencies
Qualifications Bachelor degree •1-2 years of experience in training •Excellent computer skills •Excellent Presentation skills and communication skills •Hard worker •Results oriented •High sense of responsibility
