Description Develop administration policies and procedures by effective communication with different departments to ensure adherence to company rules and labor law. Responsible for Managing &Supervising the administration department which includes the following divisions ( Maintenance , Security , cleaning, HSE ). • To arrange for procurement of all required furniture as well payment of Rental, Electricity Transportation, Stationary, Computer Equipment and in coordination with the purchasing department. • To follow up on renewing and issuing all types of insurance certificates for company assets including but not limited to robbery, fire. • Responsible for delivering different administrative services through paying expenses on time (rental cost, telephone lines, electricity ) to ensure sustainability of services. •

Qualifications Bachelor degree from any discipline ( preferably other studies in Management ). • 15 years of experience in administration field including not less than 5 years in a managerial position as an Administration Manager.

Gender Male

Experience Over 15 years

Other Skills Excellent leadership skills . Excellent problem solving & decision making skills . • Very good command of Microsoft office package ( Word , Excel , MS Project ……… )
