Description •Strategy development: to ensure a long-term and sustained personnel policy contribution to the companys success •Personnel policy responsibility: Responsibility using the Corporate Guidelines, the basic principles of personnel policy, tools and methods to ensure a uniform personnel policy in the company; •Control of responsibility for HR costs within the company by orientation to internal (and external) benchmarks that form performance standards and quality criteria for personnel work •Control and coordination: of the development of compensation and promotion planning of the company; based on an existing system and also the existing compensation structure of the Company within an appropriate framework to guarantee a compensation policy that is appropriate to the market and performance; by systematic promotion of management trainees and function owners below the top level (across Groups and countries) to guarantee the desired management and thereby exchange of knowledge and networks in the company; of the tasks with high business relevance •Leadership: Direct the activities through annual objectives/target agreements and taking appropriate non-disciplinary and disciplinary actions; Promotion of a climate of trusting cooperation to create the basis for teams that perform well and work efficiently
Qualifications •MBA degree •Profound knowledge of Organization Development/Change Management, Compensation and Benefits, Sourcing and Recruiting •Advanced knowledge of Operational HR processes and Legal and Compliance Expertise •Knowledge of Moderation/Facilitation Techniques, •7 - 10 years of professional experience, experience in different operational and strategic tasks in the personnel function, • Leadership experience required, •Intercultural experience and professional experience in a foreign country highly preferred •Initiative – Result orientation – Strategic thinking – Assertiveness – Communication skills – Coaching and mentoring
