Evaluate procedures and technology solution to improve HR data management recommend and maintain an organization structure and staffing levels to accomplish company goals and objectives develop manpower plan and budget to meet the different dept, needs staffing. Evaluate company culture and provide recommendation on changes to accomplish company goals and objectives. Evaluate and recommendation HR out sourcing opportunities and identify potential vendor analysis. Recommend and establish company policies and procedures. Establish and implementation of performance appraisal system reviews the outcomes and recommends salary increases based on the inflation rate & the evaluation of employees performance. Keeping managers informing on anti discrimination regulations. Receiving employee complaints and acting accordingly to resolve them. Ensuring the maintenance of all payroll data by HR Administrators. play an intermediary role between the top management and the employee’s. Be aware of all regulation & Laws related to employment law
Qualifications -Fluent English -MBA is preferred -Problem solving, communication skills and leadership qualities. -High standard of attention to detail. -Solid commitment to employee service. -Ability to convey difficult and challenging information to managers.
