Description .Manages assigned staff, including recruiting and selecting employees, assigning work, providing training and development, evaluating performance, and building a motivated, effective team to increase regulatory compliance, improve production efficiency, and ensure that QA policies and procedures are correctly implemented. 2.Develops, implements, and manages QA policies, procedures, manuals, and techniques to ensure compliance with product and packaging consistency, safety, and quality standards. 3.Prepares and manages the department budget and monitors and controls expenses. Provides oversight of the QA aspects of food production related capital projects to assure food safety, and that changes to equipment of the facility will meet or exceed the company, customer, and regulatory guidelines. 4.Oversees the auditing, evaluation, and analysis of QA procedures, HACCP, safety, quality, efficiency, GMP, and SPC of vendor facilities and products, submitting the required reports to ensure accurate and timely information.
Qualifications holds BSc. Degree of Science or Agriculture from an accredited university, .min 7-10yrs of experience. •Will manage a team of 10 members(in the 2 plants) •Should be certified (HACCP, ISO…) .Experience in FMCG is a must
