Description FEMALE OFFICE MANAGER responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of staff interview, conducting orientation programs, administering salaries and leave out entitlements, staff training and development, preparing job descriptions, preparing correspondences, providing secretarial / executive services for committees, etc. Applicants must be graduates, with good experience in office management and administration.

Qualifications An Executive Secretary with at least 3 - 5 years of experience in a secretarial and administrative support role to a senior executive. • You will be mature with a professional attitude; a team player with ability to delegate where necessary. • You must have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in dealing with the most routine tasks. • You must be a good communicator at all levels; and MUST speak fluent English. • You will have excellent organisational skills to support your manager and prioritise workload and work under pressure / within tight time constraints. • Knowledge of basic accounting functions is preferred. • Must maintain strict confidentiality of all of her Managers matters. • Other characteristics include being reliable and enthusiastic, happy to help others, calm under pressure, resourceful and service oriented.
