Description To provide consulting services to customers who are looking to adopt Microsoft SharePoint technology platform for intranets and portals for knowledge & collaboration systems. As a key member of a team responsible for implementing and configuring Microsoft SharePoint, The applicant will provide analysis, design, implementation, configuration and deployment of Microsoft SharePoint (MOSS 2007/ 2010) solutions. The typical responsibilities, duties and tasks are: •Analysis and definition of an organization’s information architecture. •Understanding and design of taxonomies for customer organizations. •Design and documentation of the appropriate SharePoint solution based on information architecture. •Taxonomy analysis for the customer’s functional and non-functional requirements. •A working (analyst’s) knowledge of Microsoft’s current Office SharePoint Server 2007 platform. •Strong desirable skills for Web part development, ASP.NET development, systems integration, MS Visual Studio, XML. Supporting technologies including: SQL Server 2005/ 2008, Internet Information Server 6.0, Active Directory, Microsoft Office desktop application integration with SharePoint, Project Server integration, Windows Workflow Foundation, Server farm design concepts, Windows networking principles and integration with office tools.

Qualifications •Have a technology degree, or computing related professional qualification. •A minimum of 2 years similar consultancy experience is essential. •Able to demonstrate a commercial understanding of his role within the company. The applicant will be encouraged to develop new revenue streams from existing accounts and be aware of new opportunities. •Experience in business intelligence and reporting projects of a large organization is a plus. •Fundamental understanding of Microsoft Dynamics solutions is a plus, with fair knowledge of Sure Step methodology and best practices. •Experience with Microsoft Office Project and other tools that support project management •Familiarity with 3rd Party solutions that integrate with SharePoint is a distinct advantage (e.g. ERP, Document Management, scanning, vertical solution templates, etc). •Experience in Integration with Non-Microsoft technologies.

Other Skills •The applicant must have excellent customer-facing, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills; to be articulate, confident and able to communicate at all levels and must have excellent report writing and presentation skills. •Experience with reputable multinational and multicultural organizations which demanding standards and work ethics is a must. •Strong documentation skills with fast, accurate and standard formats. •Ability to manage projects by motivating both customer and consulting implementation teams. •The applicant must also show self-motivation, commitment and flexibility. Also important is the ability to adapt readily to fast paced change and the willingness and ability to learn new technologies quickly. •Effective communication, liaison and negotiation skills both orally and in writing, with diverse audiences and in diverse situations.

Compensations Competitive renewable project-based offers for three to six months. Offers include tax-free packages, which include basic monthly salary, housing, transportation and communication allowances. Business visa and airfare to Doha/Qatar plus three months accommodation will be arranged by the company. Outstanding performers are entitled for annual/permanent contracts, which include residential visa, entitled for governmental medical insurance and generous annual leave. Annual appraisals for some positions have the chance for annual bonus and end of service benefit.
