Description *Execute test plans and test scripts for functional, regression, and performance test procedures. *Analyze and document test results; file defect reports and enhancement requests. *Make suggestions on improving ease of use and quality of the software. *Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve defects; to improve and enhance system functionality, reliability, performance and scalability. *Verify design/requirement specifications. *Interpret single-product test plans and test case suites. *Design and write single-product test case suite with some supervision. *Interpret cross-product test plans and test case suites with some supervision. *Interpret design specifications with some supervision. *Document and track defects in the defect reporting system.
Qualifications *2-3 years of testing work experience. *Experience in Performance/Stress/Load Testing is an asset. *Exposure to testing products developed in C/C++ and/or .NET. *Knowledge of Internet technologies and Microsoft Windows platforms. *Good understanding of relational databases (SQL or Oracle). *Exposure to quality assurance methodologies, white/black box testing, system/integration testing methodologies.
