Job Details:

Roles & Responsibilities:



The IT manager will work closely with the Managing Director and the NEEA CIO in order to manage all the IT scope, budget, team, projects, maintenance, help desk, network, compliance with UTC, OTIS, SARBOX , and local laws.



* Company Projects; responsible of all IT projects of the company. This includes coordination of WHQ or NEEA projects deployment in the company; Project responsibilities include:

* Functional and technical specifications

* Vendors identification and negotiations with them

* CAR writing with the users departments

* Development

* Training plan

* Deployment coordination with the entities

* User support at the beginning if the entity is not yet able to assume it

* Monitoring of budget and planning

* Application maintenance (bugs and evolutions) of all systems:

* Identification and collecting of the needs

* Scheduling, function of the priorities established by the users departments

* Development

* Testing, deployment and follow up

* Infrastructure

* Development and test infrastructure of in scope domains

* End-user equipment (PC, peripherals…)

* o Infrastructure and applications servers

* o Mail (Outlook)

* o Definition and deployment coordination of the Systems and Hardware NEA strategy

* o Evaluation of the domestic WAN and LAN evolution, function of the UTC/WHQ policies which interact

* • Security

* o Ensure the adhesion to the UTC security policies and implementation of all necessary controls in coordination with the NEA IT controller

* o Publishes the UTC/WHQ/NEEA security policies

* o Reports the compliance with these policies to NEEA IT controller

* o Ensure that standard antivirus is in place and works

* o Writes the DRP and tests the DRP with the entities

* o Reports the annual ITCR and reports the non compliance in IRS

* o Follow the action plans reported in IRS (ITCR, audits…)

* • Support

* o Responsible of the overall end-user support with his team

* o Helpdesk

* o Technical support, level 1 and 2

* o Application support, level 3

* o Generalization of SLAs and reporting

* • Human Resources

* o Manager of the Local IT team

* o Proposes to the NEEA CIO the human resources necessary to achieve his missions

* o Headcount, interims, trainees…

* o Hiring, evolutions

* o Salaries and premiums

* o Studies the possibilities to leverage the resources while maintaining the service level and adhere to the initiatives made

* • IT Budget

* o Estimates the budget according to the guidelines given by the NEEA CIO and by the Managing Director

* o Responsible of the IT contracts management

* o Reports Latest Estimates

* o Takes all necessary actions in order to achieve the budget objectives and the cost reduction objectives







QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:



* BSc. Degree in Computer Engineering or Science (or equivalent advanced degree) plus experience in the management of IT







PREFERRED GENERAL SKILLS:



* Excellent English proficiency

* French knowledge is a plus

* Finance and IT knowledge
