Qualifications Prospecting&new appointments: coaches& drives his team to daily prospect and book weekly appointments with prospects to have a concrete direct scheduled pipeline of fresh appointments Target&sales achievement: Targets results-oriented with high quality achieved sales whether personal or through his team and within channel assigned business planTime Management: Customer relations: Develops strong customer relationships through frequent communication and the use of professional, courteous and ethical interpersonal interaction Promptly follows-up on all customer needs and inquiries in an efficient and expedient manner Product Knowledge:Conducts research,surveys,personal investigation and studies market place and territory in order to effectively capitalize on CIL strengths versus competition. Coaches & update the sales team on competitors products and comparison analysis between CIL vs.competition to be able to overcome aggressive competition and win customers competence

Other Skills Completes CIL Corporate training as well as EFSA Training knowing that passing both assessments is a must Depending on the culture of the company and level of seniority within it, sales managers should be involved in product development, identification of new business opportunities and the development of marketing strategies Develops strong customer relationships through frequent communication and the use of professional, courteous and ethical interpersonal interaction Exhibits a positive and involved team attitude to other departments and maintains open communications with all co-workers for the best overall performance of the business Displays a neat, clean, and business-like appearance at all times.
