Description Compiles the annual and revised budgets for the company as a whole and for each department, based on the projected operating costs and targeted sources, obtained from the different functional divisions Provides functional managers with financial data, analysis, risks, and reports related to their departments, on a periodic and requests bases, and reports to the Finance Manager Performs detailed analysis on individual budget components to identify deviation from plan and reviews the results with the appropriate personnel Updates and improves the financial systems surrounding all aspects of the companys budgets, forecasts, and budget planning. Establishes and maintains the costing models for the company Identifies, defines, and coordinates system changes requirements to meet emerging business needs Records on a timely and accurate basis the financial performance of the company using the generally accepted accounting principles and local statutory / tax requirements.Sets up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures for review and approval by the Finance Manager Prepares monthly financial statement, monthly variances report, and monthly financial report for review by the finance manager
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA, CFA or CPA desired. Knowledge of accounting, corporate finance, capital markets, tax and business law Ability to understand financial systems, interfaces, capital structure and field operations. Minimum 4 years experience in a finance function, preferably with field experience.
