Description -Establishes and operates all engineering processes and functions, engaging and developing existing PSP Systems. Includes engineering and design standards, document control, project and program reporting etc. -Supervises all engineering activities in assigned projects in accordance with overall organization standards and procedures. -provide technical expertise and resources to allow field and project issues to be solved in a cost effective manner. -Manages the development of detailed equipment specifications for major equipment such as steam turbines, pumps and electrical equipment. -Assure the motivation and continued development of technical resources associated with the department“s technical program. -Resource and expense budget planning for the departments technical program. -Planning recruitment and development of personnel required to deliver the company different services (tendering, automation, construction, Project management) -Promoting the vision and values-passionately selling an organizational strategy; creating a clear view of the future state. -Building organizational capability- attracting, developing and retraining talented individuals; creating a learning environment that ensures employees realize their highest potential, allowing the organization as a whole to meet future challenges. -Establishes and maintains the companys image as a technical leader among EPC companies.
Qualifications -Experience in management, supervision and personnel administration functions, including selection and training of personnel -Ability to understand the client’s operational perspective and business drivers (strong customer and cost focus) -effective communication skills with fluent English -Good knowledge of relevant software (windows, words, excel, outlook, database)
