Job Description
- Prospect for new business complying with business development best practices, including keeping Sales Force, current with contacts, actions, and opportunities.
- Create proposals for opportunities including background and project objectives, tasks and deliverables, and estimated timeframes, costs, and next steps.
- Create and negotiate Statements of Work for approved proposals, including in-scope and out-of-scope tasks and associated deliverables, project assumptions, technology and resource requirements from client and Revel, and final pricing/billing details.
- Develop strong business relationship (trusted advisor) with the client sponsor, client executives, and other key stakeholders/decision-makers to effectively position Revel for additional opportunities and to more effectively deal with hypothetical project issues.
Skills
- Bachelor degree or higher in engineering or a scientific field is required
- Fluent in English is mandatory (Demonstrated English reading and writing) communication skills and presentation skills, with an ability to express and understand complex technical concepts
- Apply subject matter and consultative expertise to deliver high-value transformative solutions to the client’s most pressing or complex problems.
- Provide constant, proactive demand generation and well-coordinated teamwork between a wide range of specialists for predictable, sustainable and profitable revenue growth requires.
- Responsible for identifying and engaging strategic opportunities, new clients, and new capabilities in line with growth strategies in the assigned area.
- Assign/manage Senior Associates to deliver high-value solutions to the client’s most pressing or complex problems.
- Work with Directors as needed for input, review, feedback, recommendations, issues resolution, and risk mitigation
