Job Description
- Demonstrated leadership with the ability to evaluate the work of others and offer constructive criticism when necessary.
- Quality managers must be able to give job performance appraisals to supervisors, inspectors and technicians working in the department.
Skills
- Bachelor degree or higher in engineering or a scientific field is required
- Fluent in English is mandatory (Demonstrated English reading and writing) communication skills and presentation skills, with an ability to express and understand complex technical concepts.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality management and quality programs
- Ability to lead others and develop the policies that workers use to ensure quality products or services.
- Has written and verbal communications skills and can analyze data from inspections and testing to develop processes and procedures that improve the quality of products.
- Must have computer skills and the ability to create graphs and charts from inspection data.
- Must have experience in testing and inspection procedures and sampling techniques.
- Must have experience in quality assurance and management of the direct quality team
