Description Participate in setting the sales and pricing strategy, to ensure compliance with the sales force capacity, and to ensure company profitability. Develop sales plan as per the market potential from the sales forecast, and distribute the plan to the account managers & account executives. Review and approve all quotations addressed to the customers from the account managers and/or account executives, to ensure profitability, and compliance with the sales policy. Review all customers contracts, and works on increasing the sales volume per client. Ensure that the CRM system is used fully with every customer to as to increase efficiency within the sales processes. Identify clients needs, and verifies with pricing requirements according to the average GP set by the PMs and the GP needed for HitekNOFAL sales strategy. Prepare monthly sales reports, and submits to the sales director for final review and approval. Identify new customers and projects to fill the company pipeline, through ongoing market analysis and study. Manage communication process with different clients ensuring client retention and satisfaction through identifying appropriate communication channels and parties based on clients magnitude and provide prompt responses to various customers inquiries and requirements Approve the tender documents table contents and commercial offer
Qualifications - Bachelor degree in business administration, or Bachelor degree Engineering, Communication and Electronics, grade good, (graduate from Cairo, Ainshams, Helwan, AUC, or GUC University) - Experience 10- 15 years - Owns a car and lives in the east side of Cairo
