Main responsibilities
- Performs maintenance services and services to ensure service level agreements - Establishes and develops sound relationships to customers and partners - Analyzes project-specific customer requirements - Gives training, presentations and workshops to the own area of expertise - Participates in the implementation of complex and customized projects - Evaluates technical factors influencing the project; identifies and assesses risks; provides adequate solutions - Installs, integrates, implements and configures IT infrastructure solutions
