Multinational Insurance Company needs Assistant Legal Counsel with 5-6 years of experience, Excellent English is a must.
Reports to: General Counsel, Middle East & Egypt
Job Description:
- Ensuring compliance with corporate governance rules & internal standards & regulatory requirements.
- Provide legal support to country operations on various legal matter, including insurance legislation & company law.
- Assist legal entity restructuring program for Egypt entity.
- Manage & Implement various corporate policies including compliance with corporate governance as well as develop associated training & procedure manuals
- Draft, review, negotiate & advise on contract and legal documents
- Managing litigation case files for all non claims litigation.
- Conduct legal research & analysis, as directed.
- Review policy contract wording
- prepare the necessary reports on legislative changes, regulatory interactions, legal report
