Ensuring optimum operation for Etisalat OMCs of different vendors Ericsson, Huawei and ZTE
Key responsibilities
1. Carrying out all the administration tasks required to maintain the TMNs.
2. Supervise EOT related staff and ensure that the agreed SLAs are delivered.
3. Representing Etisalat in the functional acceptance of new OSS upgrades.
4. Handling Customer Support Request ?CSRs?.
5. Trouble shooting of any received OSS user complaints.
6. Implement set of scripts as to benchmark and monitor the OSS closely 24 by 7.
7. Integrate nodes towards all the supported OSS subsystems.
8. Monitoring Network KPIs and report any kind of degradation on the spot.
9. Benchmarking the Network performance in time of events and major changes.
10. Introduce new integrated OSS application to the related teams.
11. Ensure that the contents of the BoQ stated in the signed contract are delivered.
12. Work with planning teams on the needed OMCs expansions and upgrads
