IT Specialist needed in the multinational location 6 October

Qualifications:

-          Have 3 to 4  years’ experience in information technology

-          Certified MCSE or MCITP is a must and have good experience with network (work with cisco SW)

-          Good experience with active directory , email server like louts notes, ticketing system

-          Think fast and act fast and support fast is very important

-          Good back ground about Telecommunications Devices

-          Work in shift base morning , night , overnight to cover the company 24/7

-          Have good experience with network infrastructure

-          Advanced troubleshooting abilities

-          Ability to work flexible hours, respond to on-call emergency situations, and travel to remote sites as required

-          Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment.

-          Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.

Responsibilities

-          Respond to requests for technical assistance different ways email, phone, ticketing system etc.

-          diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues

-          research questions using available information resources

-          advise user on appropriate action

-          follow standard help desk procedures
