Position: Marketing communication
Job Description:
Build direct marketing target lists by obtaining names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, business directories, and lists purchased from other organizations.
Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers.
Conduct telemarketing campaigns by contacting businesses by telephone in order to solicit sales for products and services.

Explain products and services, and answer questions from customers.
Conduct direct mail and email campaigns on target lists
Record direct marketing campaigns responses.
Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
Respond to correspondence from customers and follow on up initial sales contacts via phone, email or direct mail.
Maintain records of contacts and accounts.
Deliver prepared sales talks that describe products or services, in order to encourage potential customers to purchase a product or service.

Qualifications:
2+ years of direct marketing, telemarketing or customer service experience
Fluency in speaking and writing English
Possess an understanding of IT solutions and services
Proven, demonstrable presentation skills
Proven, demonstrable technical selling skills: Probing, listening
Professional phone image
