Technical Support


Job description

·         Troubleshoot computer hardware, software or network
·         Install new software on users computers
·         modify and repair computer hardware including monitors, keyboard and printers
·         Evaluation of company hardware and software
·         Provide good customer service to phone calls or emails


Qualifications

·         MCITP Study is must
·         CCNA is preferred
·         MS Windows 7/XP
·         MS Office 2010
·         Good command of English [Spoken & Written]
·         Fresh Graduate is preferred
