Is looking for hiring the following positions:

Customer service representative

Summary:
To support customers via different tools such as email, phone & live chat.

Job description:
Receive phone calls from customers; provide them all the support needed.
Receive customer inquiries either through the email or via the live chat, provide them with all the support needed.
Keep documentation for all customers’ database and their info updates.
Follow up on missing documents for opening new accounts or on the fees.
Job specifications:
From 0-1 year of experience in customer service.
Fluent English.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent customer handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and to handle difficult workload.
Patient and organized.
Excellent computer skills.
Males only.
The ability to work on shifts basis from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM
