Wanted: Good Engineers
A small engineering firm is looking for good engineers with 0-5 years of experience to work on renewable energy systems. The main qualifications expected are:
1- A strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and get things done
2- A strong technical background. No specific job knowledge is needed, but engineers will be doing technical engineering work and will be expected to have good basic technical capacity
3- The ability and the desire to learn and work hard to achieve a goal (and it's reward)

The work is mainly electrical and mechanical. Others with strong technical background, be they engineers, physicists, or other specialties are encouraged to apply.
