Description Responsible for the development and implementation of Dealer Performance Measurement Tools (GBMS) and Dealer Performance monitoring, analysis, maintenance and consultation. Furthermore responsible for the training support regarding the GBMS, as well as for the coaching phase ensuring proper communication on issues between respective wholesale and retail business units. Responsible for the implementation of the Dealer Management System, providing the necessary required support to the dealers, Responsible for the harmonization and effectiveness of the Retail Information Systems. Ensuring of )Blueprint Retail) and related Retail Processes are in place (e.g. Dealer Management Systems, Business Development Center Concepts, Dealer Portal, Retail Website etc.) Coordination, implementation and market specific adaption of Retail POS (Point of Sales) processes within retail standards. To asset and ensure increasing dealer operation effectiveness and cost efficiency. Responsible for initiation and coordination of all kinds of reports needed which are connected to wholesale and retail business processes and systems including the need for interface. Presentation of the reports towards senior manager and to the management when requested.
Qualifications Strong business experience preferably in multinational or international organization. Exposure to international business Strong customer-service orientation-familiar with working with a range of partners, both internal and external. Good communication and Interpersonal skills. Ability to recognize the value and responsibility of working in a team, actively supports and develops team members. Project and management skills, ability to undertake independent projects.

Other Skills Strong analytical and systematical skills, with the ability to provide and present financial reports.
