Job Description
Position: Senior Developer
Department: Business Operation
Reporting to: Development Team Manager
The main duties are to create efficient and superior technical solutions for the internal use of CIL.
Easily recognize system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.
Skills:
Experience in VB.Net
Oracle DB experience
PL/SQL experience
Crystal Report experience
SQL Server DB and Stored Procedures experience
Using Source Safe
Client/Server and N.Tier architecture knowledge
ASPX.Net
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide solutions that meets the business requirements
Develop an optimized code that meets the system coding standards
Ensure that the developed code is in the Source Safe.
Deliver a well documented code
Deliver projects and/or ad hoc accurate migrations on the agreed time
Support Analyst during technical testing
Support user acceptance testers with their testing if they need any help
Try to debug any problem facing the business
Support the business with running any developed applications
Qualification:
Self reliant and capable of both independent work and as a member of a team
Able to communicate effectively with customer to understand requirements and troubleshoot issues
Good interpersonal skills
Hard worker, persistent, accurate and creative
Logical approach to the solution of problems
Good conceptual ability and skills in analysis and problem solving
Discipline to document and record results
Eager to learn new technical techniques and tools
