Identify training needs of the staff in collaboration with line managers. 3. preparing the annual Training plan, 4. Searches for training providers in terms of best terms and prices for the provided courses 5. Evaluate and control the quality of all training programs in order to ensure the efficiency of the training.
Qualifications Applicant should have a specific HR studies combined with practical experience.
