Technical Support & Customer Service agents for a UAE-project based in Maadi with the below requirements:-
• Graduates(80% males and 20% Females%), preferable to be graduate of Engineering or Computer science faculty but not a must if he/she has strong network background
• Strong network background (CCNA or N+ certificates are preferable)
• Excellent Communication skills
• Very Good command of English
• Flexible
Working hours: 8 Hours/day including 30 minutes break on rotational shifts (24/7), for females they begin at 7 am and their last shift at 10 PM
Shuttle buses from Metro Station to the company and vice versa.
